I was searching for a new property after finishing a live-in-flip, house-hack, triplex in Georgia.

If so are they specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time based?

However once those hurdles are finished it might now be to troublesome to keep the the duplex here.

My question is i) is it common to add a second bathroom in the basement, and ii) the basement is currently unfinished - would I need to finish the basement in order to have the second bathroom?

If the same is true for you, you would have the first one full before you could finish a refinance.

I am in San Antonio and agree with the other posters that cash flow is more attainable here.
