Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

We are just trying to explore the different neighborhoods and get a feel for everything thats going on here in the area.

So one of the last things I'm exploring before starting wholesaling is exit strategies.

I came to explore Bigger Pockets, looking to network with like minded people to talk about what they're seeing in real estate, where you think we'll be in 2 years and get advice and help out when I can on real estate matters.

I have read your article, and it's very inspirational.

To explain those would be more of a blog or article than a discussion.The discussion I wanted to begin was what those thought of Venture Capital being afraid of or turning their nose up to a CF IPO.  

My partner and I discussed lowering our offer so, that is a route that we will be exploring moving forward. 

There are some great articles on BP on how to get started as a successful agent.
