Do you keep paper copies of credit check applications?

There has been a major uptick in property development (single family neighborhoods and multifamily apt complexes) permit applications.

I certainly don't know if this is even applicable with a sewer system. 

It doesn't charge for rent collections and is a very easy tool for application screening and property management.

I can't add anything other than checking out a applicants present residence.

I have an applicant who has lived in many states and I want the criminal search to be as accurate and comprehensive as possible (keeping in mind that it's difficult if not impossible to always get 100 percent of the charges that a tenant may have nationally since there is no existing database that I'm aware of that will find everything, including municipal charges).

I am currently going through the process of a HELOC application with a local bank, and have just completed the appraisal step.  

I would caution you that lined up to see and high quality applicants that are ready to move in are another.
