hi everybody, a quick update the tenant agreed to leave and however now because her lease began December 1st 2020 and ends at December 1st 2021, she wants to stay until December 2nd to leave.

Sure, it can be done with a "regular" LLC formerly described, but you'd have to update/amend your Operating Agreement. 

Looks like you need to update your lease to bill back on a RUBS system or submeter water out to the tenant.
