Knowing a bit about the KC area (I'm just South of you in SGF) I know that your ARV isn't going to be $1,250,000 or greater so agency-type loans are off of the table. 

So, I am looking for someone that I could help out in exchange for knowledge and experience.

This website has been a tremendous value in terms of the knowledge and members.

However, just in my limited knowledge and an attempt to contribute I think the general rule around is 10 loans to a name and then you'd need a portfolio lender to be doing anything past that.

We are hoping to expand our knowledge in Real Estate, network as much as possible and well I took on the challenge of one of the most recent podcast and that was to become a member and introduce myself.  

I would however get some more knowledge so that you are comfortable to take the leap.

The housing agency is charging him pretty heavy cancellation fees unless he can find a replacement.

I'd do my research for property management for your own knowledge by going online, checking references and getting on the phone with the company and make sure they understand your needs and exactly what you're looking to get out of an investment.
