What a small world? 

. $183/month on a property that rents for over $2k isn't enough cash flow in my world. 

i like my main job in the health field but i'd also like to live a little and travel (i want to travel the world before i'm physically not able to anymore) without worrying about my patients or answering tenant calls. i currently own 5 multifamily properties i purchased from 2009 to 2013 and they are all free and clear.

That is not how it works in the real world.

Any PM (especially in a post Covid eviction moratorium world) who is so inadequate at running their own business they they'd be so desperate to work for free when something that is part of this business happens is not someone whom you should be entrusting such a large investment in.
