I am a recent graduate of the University of South Florida and currently reside in the  New Tampa region of Tampa bay.  

They are not in neighborhoods where students or professors of the in-town universities would be living. 

Looking for the hot markets in Tampa...I'm looking at university area and Seminole heights (old and New) any suggestions?

Hi @Jon Klaus so far today when reviwing the forum I have heard ad's from Regents University and Verizon.

I got my Bachelor of Science at Worcester State University in  MA as well.

It is also within bicycling distance from UCR (University of California, Riverside).

With a major University here in town, we are definitely considering Student Housing in the future and with time will understand how to control a property without owning it, unless that's a lease option kind of thing, just with Student Housing? 

I have a large 4 bedroom home for rent near the local university and I don't want to turn it into a frat house.
