@John Negomir the basement is finished but we didn't finish off the mechanical room since it only has the furnace, HW heater and some storage space.

He should have asked your permission and in all fairness offered a rent reduction to compensate you...or rented a storage unit until you moved out.

The mobile homes are all tenant owned so we aren't buying the Mobile Homes, but there are several storage buildings for landscaping equipment.

The house is beautiful but only 3 bed/1 bath (all upstairs), main floor has all original hardwood flooring (living room, sunroom, formal dining and eat in kitchen) and the unfinshed basement  has laundry, storage, and an emergency toilet (no walls surrounding it lol).
