My unfinished basements concrete walls are very porous and water has been creeping in. I

I've had luck in the past knocking on doors, talking with the owners and leaving my information, but this particular property I'm interested in is a duplex with renters. 

In addition the broken shower heads were there when I moved in, I bought two new ones, myself. 

I would appreciate any recommendation/referral.Also - My method of finding deals is farming/driving for dollars in areas house flippers and other investors buy properties in. I

Perhaps someone with more knowledge can chime in....I know that they looked at my Tax filing.

Before I moved in I painted everything and tore up the carpet/vinyl to be replaced with hardwood laminate.

All the best and Good luck  I think main point of the market Shiloh is in .. is that its realistic to think someone will purchase a 140k home in that market.were as in Cleveland or anywhere for that matter 60k homes are rental homes are not bought by owner occupants.. so its just a forever cash flow game.. whereas most gap funders are in it for short term interest and have no real desire to own long term.. or have there money out there forever.. 

When I find another property to live in, I will only carry one landlord policy, that will give insurance coverage for both units, but just on one policy.
