thank you and i like all feedback.to me its a race since the prices are going up and i want as many as i can get RIGHT now. as long as i can pay the taxes and a small mortgage (~5k per year), it really does not matter when i update it. also, a deal now will not be there in 2 months when i do have the cash and i still get mad thinking of deals that i lost in my own neighborhood while walking with the kids.

I had a pro offer me a turn key cash flow positive but in Chicago but I don't know anything about the company nor the area so I decided to walk away from it for now.

They aren't too close to the streets and in no place that would block a walk way.I mapped out where I was going to place signs using Google Maps, so I'll remember everywhere I need to collect them from once I get to the point of needing an answering service & using a different #.
