Just take a look at Niche.com’s list of best places to live in Arizona and count the reviews for each city:Gilbert: 871 reviews (median age 33, 10% younger than all of Arizona)Scottsdale: 172 reviews (median age 46)Paradise Valley: 6 reviews (median age 53)Plus the city, err… I mean town’s PR department is doing frickin’ WONDERS for promoting the area to outsiders.

When those things are done correctly, it works beautifully, and you can certainly become wealthy investing in RE, like most other things in life.Unfortunately because of the Feds monetary policies over the last few years, they have essentially promoted a re-hash of 02-07, and there is no shortage of people on BP who promote the SAME ridiculously high leverage program as Gurus, and then turn around and bash those Gurus systems for being irresponsible.

Not much of one to promote any candidate as I try to stay away from politics as much as possible, but I grew up in NYC and have never seen or heard of a politician in our generation that had the leadership skills as Rudy.When its written of how Rudy cleaned up NYC I don't think most who weren't there really understand how much he cleaned up the city.
