I use Colliers International https://www.colliers.com  but there are other big agencies that you might contact. 

I thinks its awesome that you and your family stepped into the private lending side even if for internal purpose. 

In general it might be hard to get financing for such international deals.

Colin Middel If the timeframe is over a short period (year or less) you can use ROI which is profit divided by total investment.If you are looking for periods longer then you want to know the IRR (Internal rate of return).

We will collect first and last months rent in the city and suburbs when the applicant is higher risk based on our internal leasing matrix.
