I was wanting to see if anyone here regularly looked at properties through the eyes of potentially doing master suite additions to some of these small 2 bed 1 bath homes in hot neighborhoods. 

She just reported she had no hot water Friday. 

Sellers are trying to maximize their profit by selling into the hot market.

The idea is to use the unfinished half basement to create a space that is usable for an Air BnB.

I would also think that while the refi market may be hot, purchases have got to be down. 

My capex budget includes roof 25 year life span, floors 10 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, hvac 20 year life span, bath and kitchen remodel 20 year life span, etc.

Hello all, I am active-duty Air Force and I currently stationed at Hanscom Air Force Base in Boston.

When Italy at 1/5th our size  has 4 thousand deaths and the cdc goes on air predicting a million Americans or 1.7 million Americans will die it scares me that one of us could be so wrong.

The media as a whole is for profit and situations like this present an opportunity to sell air time so to speak.
