I did get a lot of BS pushback about talking to underwriter though.Next time I will prefer to deal with investor friendly lenders and rather pay a slightly higher rate then deal with incompetents of banks.

@Keionna Troupe - Hello - there are many ways to find Realtors' - on here is one way, because most of us are investment friendly - but you can always call your local offices and ask for one as well.

I also know a couple contractors/developers in Lexington that are very familiar with the zoning codes and build new construction homes frequently if you had questions or needed help from them.
