Now I’m wondering what would be a good price for my first rental unit assuming I have 5,000 to spare?

I feel like I dodged a bullet here, and I am wondering if we shouldn't have seen the first floor before making the offer, or before I contacted the lawyer and had her draw up a contract?

As such it saddens me a bit but I need to start over from scratch with making new connections if I hope to start investing within the year, but I am excited for the opportunity it may bring.As such I was wondering if anyone in the OKC area wanted to connect.
