An interesting note is that during the last couple of years I know that this was actually discussed by the Maryland Real Estate Commission, however they did not publish their decision.  

It can be time consuming to publish to all these when you have a vacancy (figure about 30 minutes each posting descriptions, pictures, etc) or ideally your property management software will let you put the info in once and publish to them all with one click.

Looks like your county also offers online search access here: https://www.waynecountylandrecords.com/recorder/web/login.jsp Or you could speak to a local title company about obtaining a preliminary title report. 

So i figured, through all blogs here, to get access to MLS i have to be licensed agent. but i found this one http://www.mls.com/ and its only 49.00$ a monts and didn't require any proof of license. so my question: am i using a wrong web?
