Visitors from all over the world come for the Waste Management Phx Open (actually in Scottsdale), Barrett Jackson auto show, MLB Spring Training (Giants, Dbacks, and Rockies all play out of Scottsdale), and many other events/attractions. 

I had planned to study abroad this upcoming semester but had to cancel to focus on a recovery and graduating.

Currently, I’ve focused all my funds towards buying rental property. 

I have split custody of my kids and my ex wife still tells me she loves me in spite of living with the betrayal partner.I've really curtailed my investing and have focused on emotional and spiritual development of late. 

So some quick advice would be to focus on areas that either have no interest or future interest in regulating STRs or areas that already have established policies that are working for them and that have reasonable qualifications to entry.  

I learned how to focus on getting the job done and because I wasn't a threat to the end client's W-2 employees (I could never get promoted to the corner office), I could get away with ignoring office politics.

I have super good credit, but mostly focusing on increasing my financial IQ.

Like I said hoping maybe I just hear something new or said differently that inspires me, even if it is the same old it will just continue to help reinforce those concepts and keep me focused on what I'll do once I'm free to do what I want. 

I plan to focus on multifamily 2-4 units to start with and work my way up.

A word of caution: Most of the advice is American-focused because BP is geared towards the American market.
