Pretending you’re not the owner is not going to eliminate the need to have uncomfortable conversations.

I do things that make me uncomfortable. 

I dealt with crashes on a routine basis, fortunately it was routinely backed up, so I never lost my data.

Don't ask if it is legal no problem unless they start threatening or making other tenants highly uncomfortable in which case that is a different problem.

For sure one thing is certain he is no dummy and I am sure he talked to many lawyers about where he could go to avoid massive litigation and potential criminal and then set up shop and keep selling whatever he is selling to new folks.U still see it on any social media when his wife gets on and does the Poor this is not fair to Clayton or I routine.. there will be 50 people singing their praise..

It was really uncomfortable at first, but I got use to it over time.
