You will have a larger pool of folks that say, we always like to stay at Caribe or a Phoenix property, so they will be specifically searching for those types of properties.

I would also make sure to know what type of financing you will be using--the traditional choice is a second home loan, but this doesn't allow you to use future rental income to qualify.

@Brian Cam When a person has a property within a trust this just gives them a type of protection from a legality standpoint; however, this is not the best protection in my eyes (this is just my thoughts, and information that I read). 

The types of creative financing options I was looking into were a lease option/lease-purchase agreement, loan assumption, wrap-around mortgage, and subject to financing.I guess my question is...
