DO NOT ACCEPT MONEY = BEST PRACTICE.Health can be a consideration (I have seen it personally with my own properties) but it would have to be debilitating condition involving health and family services or some other agency to have any adverse impact on the overall posture of the proceedings.The entrance of a judgment and/or order of possession does not depend on his presence.

In my opinion, its "analysis paralysis"... just find good deals where the numbers make sense, regardless of location and pull the trigger before others find out about the deal.

This is risky too, though, since it could trigger the "due on sale" clause and the bank would have the right to then call the loan due if they wanted to.
