Called around for 3 days and had to pay a 800$ broker fee for him to put wrong address 7000 a year insurance.   

I would call the city and see what they say.

I tell borrowers if they try and are unsuccessful, to give me a call, but I always have them start with a local, small, community bank.

I still watch his stuff and they're good videos but to call it a R.E. channel wouldn't be accurate
