And, yes, you pull down all the walls and you're going to find all sorts of surprises and they're going to be your problem to fix.With anything you do for a fix and flip, you MUST ask yourself - if I spend $X to do this work (considering all the costs mentioned above), then will I get $X+Y more for the house when I sell?

So far it has been durable enough.Similar vinyl plank is now used in Walmart stores near me - with all the foot traffic they get, I'd be surprised if they chose that and it was unable to hold up.

I can be done..I have done it..but it takes a lot of persistence and a lot of wasted energy to find the one motivated guy with the pen..you will also be surprised that guys who turn you down over and over again saying we don't do that..will eventually call you..but like I said it takes a lot of work and even more networking.
