Orange County, were Universal is, does not allow STR, so they will be forced into hotels or making the drive from the the Davenport/Kissimmee area and that stretch of highway is brutal!

Just one plane ticket (not even including the cost to park, rent a car, hotel) is worth about 4 months of the PM fee for me.

I just feel bad my tenants have babies and are staying in hotels.

Hi All,My partners and I have been building new construction condos around Boston since 2015.We've recently exited a couple of projects and are looking at acquiring both long term rentals and short term rentals.My father-in-law owns a condo in North Conway, NH in the White Mountains and so I have an affinity for this area and see a lot of potential here despite all the rumblings with regulations.One of the best ski mountains, Bretton Woods, has very little inventory within a 15-20 minute drive in terms of places to stay other than hotels and lodges. 

Tiny homes are a growing trend, and there are plenty of people who would rather stay in a cozy private space on a piece of land than in a hotel.

I think that lasts two weeks and I know all the hotels are filled up for that.You can market it for CU games and graduation.

If you think you can open up next Dunkin, Subway, McDonald, Hampton Hotel, etc.. and be completely passive good luck!
