My parents are selling their condo & I wanted to get some advice to pass on to themSituation:Escrow is suppose to fund & close tomorrow (Friday), but the escrow company told my parents that their money from the sale, won't be available until Monday.Is this shady or just industry standard?

I don't recall seeing so many bandit signs before, I guess the market has gotten tight even for him.I'm looking for another SFH and the reason why in northern CO is because I feel the economy is stronger (more varied industry) there.

I'm thankful he left when we told him to, the worst thing I think (besides not mowing the lawn for the 5 months he was there, and leaving piles of garbage) would be this: a huge industrial sized eye bolt used as the center support for the drapes, not sure if he was hanging iron curtains or what.

Like I mentioned, I have taken classes and have been speaking with multiple people in the industry about the market and different avenues to go.And to touch on my situation, it's most definitely not that unique but as we all know it's the individual that makes things happen, not the situation.
