I have tried buying through my LLC and by having another agent write the contract.  

I’ve been approached by a friend (call him A) to be part of an LLC company that would buy properties for rehab and rental.

We'll be looking at setting up an LLC, getting contracts approved by a lawyer, etc.Any assistance or insight is appreciated!

If we were to form an LLC and put the profit in there, would that solve the problem?

Have you read Rich Dad Poor Dad in the whole rich dad series there are many valuable books that will fast forward your real estate investing career.

I would make sure you have adequate insurance and hold your properties in an LLC to protect your assets.
