I've just started the process of searching for a multi-family somewhere in New England.

I guess they have to crunch the numbers and that takes time.https://us.spindices.com/index-family/real-estate/...Zillow has a feature that allows you to search and city and crunch your own data.

Not knowing any about these places  i will mostly  like pick population size to  narrow down my search to pockets before starting to contact  realtors and wholesalers in operating in those pockets.

@Alice LawrenceI don't have any referrals in the space you're looking for but you can just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few bios and people's past endorsements to zero in on someone that fits your ticket.
