Man years ago Big Bear was a huge topic of conversation around here and it seems they've really shot themselves in the foot.

Thus if I say a 10 x 20 “Foot, not meter” unit is $120, then yours would be around $40.

While his leases are for five years, with option to renew for another 5, a new retail type business requiring foot traffic either makes in in a year or two or close up. 

Once we get this covid taken care of we will probably have a very short period of restructuring before putting our foot back on the gas.

I guess my question is, have any of you run into someone like this and how did you get your foot in the door to start learning from them?

There was also an outlet in a cabinet above the stove/microwave that was just a loose box with a foot of cord running into the wall that we had them fix and the landlady told us that “she didn’t know it wasn’t up to code” when they were the ones that installed the cabinets. 

.- living room has plumbing for a wet bar so we have a PVC pipe sticking a foot out of the wall into nothing.

Its hard to replace a 2 foot square.
