Hello BP Family, please help me with reference for a Jumbo loan ($800K) with 10% down , Sunnvale/Milpitas, CA I recently moved to SanJose from Seattle, where I have apartment with mortgage.Now I am looking to purchase newly constructed Townhouse under $800K But I have only 10% downpayment.

We've been charging $375 per unit for a one-time sign up fee that covers advertising, account setup and leasing.Let's say a broker refers me to a client that has a duplex that wants property management and I pay $100 for the referral.

Hi Leigh Ann,I may have misunderstood the question, but I was referring to purchasing these at auction after the foreclosure as a straight REO, and at that point the property has been cleared of the liens.

I'm not a banker, nor do I broker mortgages or get paid any compensation to refer those seeing to refinance.

One of my apartments was empty for almost 6 months - even though I referred several interested people to them, the management company never got around to showing the place and kept making excuses.
