If you aren't setting on moving there, I can tell you other ideas for markets.

However as stated above in a previous post there aren't any local properties with this same setup.

I think the type of backyard projects they are doing involve a shed that is an illegal height and chickens that aren't far enough away from the house.

And if they aren't interested, they may know someone that is.

@Manolo D. where @Kodie Altvater is looking in Canton, there aren't a lot of unattached SFH, if any.

Home sales aren't to bad either.

I don't care if the companies are legit and people can make money...what I care about is pulling these young minds out of 'circulation' since they aren't creating any real value in this (and most) MLM companies.  

But, if a treaty cannot be reached and things aren't going to be done properly, there won't be screwy guru stuff going on in my area.I'm pretty sure other feel the same way, you have thousands of agents running around down there, so I suggest you not mail anything!

Higher rents seem to be directly correlated with the nicer school districts, both in Dayton and Cincinnati, and you can find reasonably priced Real Estate in any of the towns as long as you aren't buying at retail price.
