Do you know if the lender has filed foreclosure, and if so, how far along in the process they are?

I don't know if they got caught up in the bidding process or they have a fix strategy that I couldn't figure out. 

because I have never used an online background check service like smart move I assumed that the process online would be virtually identical to the paper process that typical tenant would go through when renting any property.

The tricky part here is the termination of duties(business decision) vs the moving out of the managers unit(tenant termination process).

If you are planning on building equity without going through the process every so often, I would be searching for something that you can hold for the long term.

My husband and I are in the process of selling our hotel and relocating to the Myrtle Beach area.
