The arrangement with the builder is that on the 1st of the month, he will send me the invoices received from the previous month from the various sub-contractors.

I did make more, substantially, last year by about 23% from the previous year but spent more on my business due to the upcoming changes.

I don’t have a lease agreement directly with this tenant because the previous owner signed a lease which is valid until jun 2018.

Some work I would need done would be some tile replacement in a bathroom shower, a leaky sink faucet replaced, and kitchen fan replaced / fixed, and possibly (I am undecided here, depends on how much the previously-listed runs for cost) some framing done - My property was originally built as a single-family home and split into a duplex, but shutting off / sealing off a door, which is still a door.

If I'm buying a foreclosed home that is AS-IS, does there have to be a disclosure that it was previously a meth home?

The previous owner had done a "quiet title" and the title company saved around 45k at closing to clear the title since they were insuring it.So today I hear that the title company will send back new title information saying that the title is all clear now so that we can proceed with the closing of the mortgage.  

I am currently in College Hill, Pleasent Run, and Colerain with buy and holds.

Bank already knew that I would occupy 51% of the space and another tenant (previous one different tenant from the current one that occupy the whole building) would occupy 49% of the space. 

Sometimes things may go undone and the tenants will request work that the previous landlord probably should have done and could have possibly known about.

Mostly college rentals, and we're getting them at a significant discount to market (even considering some deferred maintenance).
