It's fairly accepted I'd say that such information can be helpful giving ideas and strategies or even entertainment, it's just that investors should not rely on such as all RE is local and due diligence is still required.Most readers here know that I do not see books by unqualified authors lacking formal credentials as educational information, some exceptions, but generally.

And some lucky kids will have him as a silly Dad someday.As someone who never planned on having kids, it's been a very entertaining and rewarding journey thus far, despite the weight of the responsibility {they absorb everything we say and do}.Our little guy loves to walk properties and learned the association between a house and realtor sign very young - though he thinks he can stop and "visit" one of these houses whenever he chooses.I am currently working on a deal to acquire an apartment building and trying to find solutions that reduce the Vendors tax liability, so there have been lots of spreadsheets open on the computer monitor recently.

I haven’t delved deep enough to fully understand their target profit margin, but they do a really beautiful job with all of their rehabs - gleaming hardwood floors, kitchens dressed to the 9s, updated outdoor masonry, etc. which leads me to believe they must be somewhat selective with location (Baltimore still has some 16,000 vacancies) and sure of good resale value.Anyway, the title of the role is ‘Property Research Manager’.

I am assuming this would be too good to be true so I am willing to entertain that I may have 30k more in rehab and bring down the price to $379,900 which would give me 50k profit.
