We would appreciate any insight on the purchase process and financing connections we can get.Assumptions: 1) Credit score of all parties is 720 or higher. 2) For our due diligence, we are planning to have the following done:  a) An inspection  b)  A PCA (this includes an alta survey and an environmental study)3) We would like to put as little as possible down and obtain the longest amortization possible.

Ideally, you should have bought the properties in the name of the LLC to start with but there are ways to get the properties into the LLC, one of which would be to sell the properties to the LLC (but this would require you obtaining another financing option).

I was talking to him about how to try to obtain this MFH home, I told him my girlfriend seems to be ok with us refinancing our house in just her name, which would allow me to get an FHA loan on the MFH i'm trying to qualify for, he said he wouldn't be able to do that to his underwriter?
