On a scale of 1 being turnkey and 10 being a flip, I would consider 3 being standard cosmetic updates (carpet, paint, with some structural work) that do not go past my 10k planned budget.

In November 2020 we replaced the carpet from Living, hallway and kitchen with LVP and we are planning to finish flooring by end of January or February.

Since it was carpet before and I am wanting to do away with carpet upstairs.
