I agree with @Jerry W. that this is all yet to hit rock bottom, and these types of things don't happen overnight, I think there will be foreclosure fallout from the lack of employment in oil production, beginning mid summer 2016.

If that is the case it is also that much more important to be rock solid when you make an offer, knowing that if they accept it you are going to want to buy it over another property you are looking at or analyzing.
