The public transportation system and the already amazing bike path network is also expanding so that is a good thing to look at to find neighborhoods that are likely to appreciate at a more rapid pace than others.The Colorado market has strong fundamentals overall: diverse and growing job market, active lifestyle, work-life balance, friendly people, the incredible mountains nearby, outdoor sports galore which is skyrocketing in popularity, access to national forests and parks, and significant population growth due to these many positives.

But I think this does little to encourage tenants being treated well and a lot to dampen the investment environment in NY.There are basically two parts to the legislation. 

However, Google has 1,100 employees in downtown Austin and  recently announced massive expansions there and in East Austin.A steady or falling mortgage rate environment likely through 2020 should offer some help for the Austin housing market.

This is such an incredible resource, can't wait to get started.  

The major problems with this property are:- I don't know what normal CAP rates are for your environment, but it seems like the seller is asking for a premium for future expected rent increases.
