Anything short of that and all those rentals yo toiled with will be liquidated as soon as humanly possible.plus if there is multiple kids rare is it they all have a meeting of the minds .. so again they just sell and divvy up.

My observations are that opendoor and Zillow are overly data driven and lack human logic and that can be exploited; 1).

If your after-tax investment returns exceed your savings by prepaying the mortgage, then you would be fiscally better off to invest.At this juncture, my wife would point out the non-rational, human side of the situation.

He cuts out the crap and is a genuine human being that teaches with examples of his daily business. 

The fact that it's behind the scenes helps keep it safe from human nature and you can't really mismanage it.

Call them, walk in and talk to someone and keep in mind that just bc someone that works for the city in planning or zoning tells you face to face that you can do something or cannot do something... they are human and they can make mistakes which sucks.... :) but you will only know the entire truth when you submit plans for the city planners, engineers etc to check it formally. 

In most cases I found the 'gurus' to be just enough 'human' to not be called 'snakes'.
