@Dennis M. well Unfortunately I had to buy air conditioners for all my windows for me and my children because the air conditioner unit wany out 3 times in one month the last time that it went  we was out of air for a week so that’s pretty much where my rent money won’t when it was time to pay her that following Sunday she refused and  prior to  August is rent my rent was paid up three months in advance I pay my bills on time it’s just that I ran into a hardship having to buy unexpected air conditioning So please do not judge a book by its cover I came to this group for help and advise bro to bw bashed 

If you are interested there is a local group that meets, not exactly sure when the next meeting will be.  

pick a time and a laid back affordable place and I’m sure you’ll get at least a small group for soda/beer and pizza/burgers.

Last I checked, their occupancy numbers were better than originally projected and they have brought much attention and increased tourism to the previously neglected town.In 2014, the lot at IB Blvd and Seacoast sold for $5.5MM to the Hilton Hospitality Management Group, and a NEW 100 room ocean-front hotel "Imperial Beach Resort" is in the works.  

I am also hoping to join in some Washington investing groups and trek over to Seattle for some meet ups.

We have a very active young leaders group (under 35) and do free "Cocktail + Content" events every month along with project tours and volunteer events.

The property is currently listed on (Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook Groups etc.) does anyone have any advice to advertise the property or what I should do!?

I looked at all my rents, realized I'm about 20-30% below marketSo thanks to http://www.tenantstogether.com and other money grab socialist groups spending on this Prop 10 rent control prop (which will lessen affordable housing)  I'm raising all my rents. 

One is run by Tom Zeeb but I don't know the name of the group.
