When I graduated from UW I househacked and rented to all my friends who had also just graduated college.

I started wholesaling about two years ago after graduation but didn’t have any luck on landing my first deal.

However, my little brother has just graduated college and has been paying for a bedroom in a friend’s house and is a good candidate for a house hack.With intentions of him being the primary resident/in-house landlord would this be a good way to get us both started in REI?

Not in that they haven't graduated high school but in that they are entirely unproductive members of society that are actually higher destructive.Very high cancer rate in Pensacola from the type of limited industry it has attracted through time.

This is important because the vast majority of what you learn comes "After" you graduate, and the degree of which you have learnt "how to learn" in school allows you to solve the more advanced problems in life.. not the least of which includes REI.

Hi, I just graduated from my medical residency and headed to start my attending Job soon. 

To this day he has NEVER owned any investment property.None of his college graduated kids, (weighed down with student loan debt), owned property until married with children & are currently mortgaged 80-90%.

I am a Finance student at UCF with an expected graduation date of May 2022.
