How about a management company to handle all these for liability purposes.If we decide to go with a series LLC structure for our real estate investing, where should our management company (to deal with tenants, manage rent, deals with expenses, etc) will fall into?

I would not do any seller financing or lease to own deals as you don't want to end up with that home all beat up in five years on a default.Sell to cover your investment and if you can squeeze out a little more- great. 

Its more of a screening tool so that you don't have to deeply analyze deals that likely won't cash-flow. 2.

I've just reached a point where I can start saving money, so I'm looking for advice and guidance on how to begin investing, especially using grants or government funding.

I like the fact the Little Rock is the capital of Arkansas and there's a couple military bases that are north of town so there's tons of government jobs.

I like the ability to easily invest in new construction deals throughout the country where teams are already set up in place and they are able to coach me through the strategy of how to accomplish my goals.

Attorney- It's not necessarily needed for closing but I recommend it for your first deal. 

Like maybe cut a deal with the city for affordable housing if they own any lots and want to get rid of them.
