With a budget of $120,000, there seems to be a fair amount of options with West Hill, Arbor Hill, Krank Park and North Albany all popping up frequently in my searches.

Since more companies report to Experian and Equifax they receive updated information more frequently. 

Hey guys, This is my first post but I frequent the bp website often.

But the way things are, they very frequently DO get away with it, and there's little that can be done.The last time I posted on FB Marketplace I ended up having to hold a traditional open house because all my best tenant candidates had legitimate concerns that I might not be the actual owner.

I do frequently drive around the state and can appreciate many parts of the great sunshine state. 

I've lived in the Fort Lauderdale area for over 20 years and travel across the state frequently.

My girlfriend is there more frequently as all our family is there and she is a remote worker.

We have rentals in a few different locations so the rentals in the area with hard water gets more frequent flushing of the water heater.
