For an individual just starting out it doesn't seem financially feasible to pay for separate LLCs. 

These are all important details that can indicate whether the proposed business plan is feasible.

For beginners that's not a feasible price.

From everything I've read, it seems that house hacking in Manhattan is really not feasible due to the high prices.

But there are surrounding areas that are much more feasible.

It sounds like a bunch of accounting, but I think it is feasible.

It fails 2 of the 4 tests in the HBU, maximally productive & financially feasible.

In comparison to New York it probably wouldn't seem feasible.  

@Steven Macdonald That is feasible, obviously there will be some other factors but not outrageous of an ask.
