Of that 50M, 25M was allocated for the construction of a new recreational faculty that has since been completed.

Are there any investors, PM, or realtors who can tell me more about the University district and surrounding areas around OSU?

The Charleston house had as mentioned above custom windows and all sorts of stuff required by the city to meet the historic district codes. 

Obviously not massive cash flow, but I have to look more towards things such as school district and crime rates and their effect on the potential for appreciation for wealth generation since my job is very stable.

Existing permit holders in these zoned districts may be eligible to apply for renewals, but those permits are not transferable if the property is sold.

But, because it is not a true redemption, they do not have to pay you redemption-authorized charges such:If property contains a residential structure, value of post-auction preservation improvements made by investor(s) plus cost of casualty insurance plus 8% interest on those items.If property is located in an official urban renewal or urban redevelopment district, the value of post auction permanent improvements made by investor(s) plus cost of casualty insurance plus 8% interest on those items.BTW, redemption costs, other than the above items, is only taxes plus annual interest.

The values are better on the Kansas side of the state line due the the many award winning school districts.  

I am from NJ and my mom just recently moved to Newark to be closer to her hospital and she is very impressed with the changes that are happened especially around the art district.
