Wouldn't everyone who got in at higher rates do the same thing when rates go down and overflood the banks with work?

Hey everyone, I know having central air for rental properties over window units can make things a lot easier and beneficial.

I’ve been using Emailcollect and get email addresses from everyone that stays in my properties.

Not everyone wants that or is willing to put up with that.

Everyone's a buyer at the right price, and what I've found is if the right deal is priced appropriately... the buyers come to you, not the other way around. 

I've looked into this area as well, so curious everyone's experiences!
