That is obviously not the case for many on this message board and thus the game needs to be played a bit differently.The OP was questioning the safety of Wall Street products though.

But I guess the OP could try to get a conventional Fannie Mae underwritten investment loan for a flip as a non-owner occupied 'business' property per his business plan.
