Guess what happens when that roof leaks?

All the refrigerant leaked out. 

The plumbing eventually leaked & kept shorting out both the electrical panel & furnace below. 

Depending on how many years in you still might be paying off medical student loans and also equipment for the practice.Some docs do not own the practice but have Wellstar or similar run everything and they just see patients & do not deal with all the paperwork anymore.Your income should be great as a doc.

I bought a property with a no doc loan before the crash.Now I have a hard time refinancing the property because no doc loans no longer are accepted.Is there any way around this?

stick with property #1 less work involved and with your attorney review the legal docs, that'll give you time to ensure you're creating improvements as oppose to add ons that could be a challenge. 

If he wants me to do 20% or less, I will do that the same way but at a 6%.II am working on getting financial docs for you
