Hi Chanelle,I see this in the media sometimes: "one of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in the country".What makes a city into that and how do they rank the cities.I mean in days gone by, they used to arrest these people as law breakers, but I am under the impression that the Federal Government prohibits that now.So it seems all places should be equal in their treatment of them--with no MOST type of situation.I'm thinking it might just be some kind of advertising ploy to draw certain people to certain areas for whatever (financial) reasons (such as to benefit Aids Hospices in the area or something).

People need an agent who is willing to do whatever it takes, and an agent who will be aggressive in their advertisement, marketing, and negotiation.

3% vacancy seems really low.What about internet, landscaping, snow removal, advertising costs, furniture, sheets, decorations, Matresses, business license, etc etc.

Great town, but absolutely DEVASTATING to sell any kind of print advertising (just in general anywhere really, but in particular here) and we finished with about 30k in sales that summer.

If it is listed with a realtor and you found it because of the realtor v'a advertising or other wise you need to go through the realtor.

Advertising to broke people with no equity in their house is just like setting your marketing dollars on fire.

Many of these suck and they're filled with advertisements for other events that suck, BUT there are some amazing people you will eventually meet that will help in unpredictable ways.  

& it is a tough business.However, I would rather be threatened &/or verbally abused by transient tenants residing in a building generating double digit p.a. returns than a employer demanding 70 hrs a week, while living in false hope of a 1-3% p.a. raise & the anticipation of a promotion into greater servitude.

State laws generally require written authorization from an owner, when acing as a licensee, in order to advertise.
