Newark, DE and Wilmington, DE being approximately 15 min and 30 min drives are also close to Elkton, MD.

I see many members from Southeastern PA (Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware Counties) and wondering if any of these counties surpass Philadelphia as stable rental markets.

So far they have ruled that partnerships in Delaware and Florida are now going to be treated as corporations in Canada which means double taxation.
