Developing it yourself (and if so, do you have any experience doing so or deep pockets)? 

Hi Guys,I am looking at some turnkey properties in deep south like Missouri, Alabama and other areas.

Mine was over ten feet deep.

But they're all mostly dried up, and now you'll be competing with deep pockets in the auctions.

I just closed on my 2nd SFH earlier in Dec. as a rental property up in Concord and am knee deep in learning experiences. 

On our property in Sth Australia the mice plagues, on a good year, were 6inches deep in the grain sheds. 

I wouldn't go near it because too much is involved with deep floor crack foundation issues.

 (911 would go through on their cell if there's any tower within range, but lots of people don't know that and plenty wouldn't think about it during an emergency)That said, I look forward to the day I can deep-six them.  

Their main responsibility is to our lease that we signed.I'm not looking forward to this but they got into really deep water.

Without digging too deep into the numbers I would imagine you’d be better off as a traditional long-term rental.
