I'll try one more time.Hi, this question may be more towards the Realtor(R)s in the group, although we all need to get reviews and recommendations.Asking a customer/client for a review is essential, but we are asking them to spend a fair amount of their time to do it.

For roofing I got better bids from a building contractor that specializes in custom homes and room additions rather than the roofing contractors. 

Additionally it can create liability to the buyers broker/agent because by answering questions from the seller looking for help because the flat fee company is nowhere to be found it can create IMPLIED AGENCY instead of a customer performing just ministerial acts.I do commercial but I have friends that do residential and they typically stay away from these types of listings.  

It's a rare industry that the vast majority of reviews aren't from their primary customer.
